Implementing Ngāi Tai Supreme Court Decisions
This initiative provides funding to implement the decisions of the Supreme Court in the Ngāi Tai Ki Tāmaki Tribal Trust v Minister of Conservation case. These decisions create additional costs on the policy, operations and regulatory arms of the Department of Conservation.
