Relay services
New Zealand Relay is a free, government-funded service that enables people with hearing and speech communication difficulties to use the phone. These services are provided for people who are Deaf, Deafblind, hard of hearing, and for those who have speech communication difficulties.
The New Zealand Relay contact centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
